My effect lodge at Gran Puri : Clean hotel room and equipment i need
(soap, etc) complete, service satisfactory, food good, and located enough
strategy. Insya Allah if i have duty again in Manado/Bitung are putting up in Gran Puri.

My wife and I spent 4 days at the Gran Puri due to adverse circumstances while diving. I was extremely impressed with their service and friendliness. They saw to our every need and went out of the their way to help us in any way possible, from arranging air plane tickets, to shuttle buses to the airport to 4 trips to the hospital as my wife caught a nasty stomach bug on Bunaken. They were attentive during the a difficult medical situation and responded quickly and kindly to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay despite the unfortunately circumstances. Again i must stress she caught the virus and was sick before coming to the Gran Puri. The GP really helped us get back on our feet and helped saved our vacation.

Kesan menginap di Gran Puri, semuanya baik mulai dari pelayanan saat kedatangan dan selama saya tinggal 2 malam selalu diberikan pelayanan yang sangat baik daristaf2 yang ramah.
